New registration modalities for the race on July 6, 2025 / Late Entry Draw with over 300 slots
Want to fulfill your triathlon dreams in 2025? Then familiarize yourself with the registration modalities for DATEV Challenge Roth 2025.
New this year:
The biggest change starts after the online registration. We have granted your wish for a draw: For all those who have not yet secured a place by July 15, there will be a second chance with the Late Entry Draw. There will be at least 300 individual starting places and 25 relay slots in this draw.
Moreover, the registration period for athletes from the county of Roth has been extended until after the 2024 race and the process has been improved.
An overview of the registration waves:
Athletes from the county of Roth (April 9 – July 11, 2024)
As always, our athletes from the county of Roth have the first opportunity to get an entry slot. This is our way of rewarding local athletes for their many years of loyalty and giving them a guaranteed start. If you are a resident of the district and have only “tasted blood” during the 2024 race, you can still take the opportunity to register here until July 11.
As soon as registration is open, you can register here during the registration period. When registering, it is necessary to provide a photo (front and back) of your ID card as proof. Athletes must always be resident in the district of Roth; in the case of relay teams, this applies to all three participants. After successful verification of your data, you will automatically receive a registration code the following week and can use it to register online.
Deregistered athletes from the previous year (April 9 – April 14, 2024)
All athletes who were registered for the 2024 race and have decided not to start will receive an email on April 9, 2024, with which you can re-register for DATEV Challenge Roth 2025. If you (have to) deregister for the 2024 race after April 14, 2024, you will automatically receive the code for 2025 within one week of deregistration.
Donors from the Corona postponement (10 April – 14 April 2024)
All donors who have supported DATEV Challenge Roth with a donation of over 100 euros after the 2020 coronavirus lockdown will receive a pre-registration right for two starts within ten years as a thank you. Donors will automatically receive an email with the exact information on April 10, 2024. Please also check your spam folder.
Online registration (July 15, 2024) open to all
On Monday, July 15, 2024, we will open the online registration here at 10:00 a.m. sharp. The slots will be allocated there in the order of registration. We will only carry out a pre-registration in which only name, surname, date of birth, nationality and e-mail address will be requested. Every person who has successfully registered will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours with a personal registration code. This code can be used to complete the registration. Registration must be completed by July 21, 2024!
On-site registration (July 8, 2024) at the Triathlon Park open to all
There will again be an on-site-registration on the day after the 2024 race. For this purpose, there will be the opportunity for registration for DATEV Challenge Roth 2025 from 9.00 a.m. on July 8, 2024. Athletes can register there according to the motto “first come, first serve”. The number of individual and relay entry slots is limited. Each person can purchase an entry (for themselves or another person). Only one registration code will be issued per person.
Due to the enormous popularity of the last few years, we cannot guarantee that everyone will get a slot. We ask for your understanding.
NEW: Late Entry Draw (July 15 – November 3, 2024) open to all
If you were unable to get an entry so far, there is now a new chance. We promise you at least 300 individual entries and 25 relay slots in our new Late Entry draw. If you weren’t lucky with the online registration, here is your second chance.
